Performance Evaluation System Periodical performance assessment measurements are repeated based on a determined foundation and an environment where concerning the targets aimed and the principal responsibility areas of the employee and responsibility meters may be debated is provided in the applied performance evaluation system.
At Özaltın we aim to develop the skills of our employees in their work and to prepare them for other business areas where they will be successful based on the qualities they posses. |
Trainee Applications Trainee applications are collected until the end of May. Students are offered a chance for training depending on availability through out the summer period (June - September). |
