Having undersigned exemplary infrastructure and superstructure projects, dams constitute a significant part of the completed and ongoing projects of the Holding. Along with the dams, its fields of activity consist of water treatment facilities, roads, bridges, tunnels, railways, pipelines, hotels, sports facilities, mass housing, hospitals and factories.
Successfully entering into the sector through investments in transportation, Özaltın Holding takes part in the joint venture that carried out Osmangazi Bridge which was put into service in 2016 and Gebze – Orhangazi – İzmir Motorway Project. Having strong financial structure, the Holding carries out long-term and large-scale projects in the transportation sector without any problems.
Özaltin has improved its development strategies in parallel with the changing needs of Turkey and in 2000s took a step in the energy sector considered to be the sector of the future. Today, investments reached to 3 billion US dollars, the Holding aims at reaching approximately 6 billion kWh power generation capacity when the projects are completed.
Along with the construction, transportation and energy, Özaltın Holding is also active in the tourism sector with the hotels and golf courses constructed over an area of 2 million 200 thousand m2 by owning one of the most qualified and inclusive hotel chains in Turkey. Özaltın Tourism Group that not only constructs but also operates the hotels and golf courses continues provide services with an intrinsic sense quality and service concept adopted by the holding under the brand name of Gloria Hotels & Resorts.
Growing through firm steps day by day, Özaltın Holding took step in the agriculture sector with the greenhouses constructed in Serik, Antalya in 1997. By extending the investment size, the Holding became the owner of the region’s largest and the most innovative greenhouse facilities with a closed area of 250,000 m2.
