    The project is located in Küçükçekmece District, İstanbul Province and constructed on 2 parcel and 880 blocks.

    Within the project’s scope, there are 10 buildings consisting of 569 residences and 63 commercial areas. The buildings were constructed using conventional formwork system, covering a parcel area of 36,798 m², with a total construction area of 127,573 m². The residences offer various room options, including 85 one-bedroom units, 180 two-bedroom units, 253 three-bedroom units, and 51 four-bedroom units. Additionally, the project provides parking spaces for 1,136 vehicles (927 closed and 209 open). It offers several facilities such as fitness center, sauna, Turkish bath, social facilities with indoor swimming pools for both adults and children, as well as a landscaped area with children's playground and ornamental pools. The project is completed on December 20th, 2022.
